The 2025 UBCM Convention will take place September 22 – 26 in Victoria, BC at the Victoria Conference Centre.

UBCM has secured room blocks with the following hotels: The Fairmont Empress Hotel, The Chateau Victoria Hotel, Double Tree by Hilton, Hotel Grand Pacific, The Inn at Laurel Point, The Magnolia Hotel, The Marriott Victoria Inner Harbour, and The Parkside Hotel. The blocks will open on Wednesday, November 6th at 9:00 am.
